My Story
Green to Alpha K9 is a veteran-owned business owned and operated by Carlos Aviles a certified Canine Trainer and Behavior Specialist.  I started working with dogs in 2000 as a Military Police Canine Handler, Training Instructor, and Kennel Master. During my career I also volunteered with local pet rescues to train, foster, and find good homes for canines of all sizes, breeds, personalities, and temperaments.  I'm passionate, patient, persistent, and have a love for animals. These are just a few of the characteristics that describe me. I know each animal is different, and I’ll work with yours to give them the specific guidance they need. Whether you’re thinking about getting a puppy, have a new dog, or already own a dog with behavioral problems, I am here to help.
Boarding & Training Package
30 day boarding work involves an intimate understanding of your canine's natural and individual history. Your pet has plenty of potential to learn and understand commands, and my techniques will lay the foundation for you to build upon. I combine your needs and wants with the natural attributes of your pet.
Behavior Modification
If your canine needs help with a specific physical or behavioral issue, Behavior Consulting with Green to Alpha K9 may be a great option for you. Sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home with personalized plans to fit your pet’s needs and your lifestyle.
Basic Obiedience
Basic OB, crate training, on & off leash commands, are my most popular service, which I’ve been developing and perfecting since I started Green to Alpha K9. I work closely with each one of my clients and their canine to implement my proven problem solving process. I know you have a busy schedule, so I will customize a plan that suits your lifestyle.
Puppy Boot Camp
Teaching your puppy manners from an early age not only establishes that you are the Alpha leader, but also is a proactive way to have a well-behaved dog and minimize the development of problem behaviors.
